Thaninphat Denprakhon
President
Thaninphat Denprakhon is a 2011 Master's of Public Administration graduate from Troy University, with a concentration in Government Contracting. A United States Army veteran (Honorable Discharge), Thaninphat has previously worked as a Contract Specialist with the United States Air Force (Air Armament Center AAC/PK and AFRL Air Force Research Lab), Contract Administrator with BAE Systems (British Aerospace), and Procurement Specialist with the City and County of Honolulu. Since 2016, Thaninphat has relocated to his mother's home of Thailand, and worked in Sales Support with Gulfstream Aviation (JWIsky), and worked privately with the US Department of Defense, and Thai Armed Forces on several different projects. He has built relationships with key decision makers and influencers in a number of industries in SE Asia (hospitality and tourism, manufacturing, aviation, defense and security, and more). Thaninphat's versatile skillset, reflects his commitment to expanding his knowledge base and skills, and the ability to relate and build relationships with individuals from all walks of life and professional backgrounds.
Valarie Kelly
Vice President
Prior to joining Ameri-Thai Mrs. Kelly worked as a federal employee for the United States Navy upon her
retirement from a successful Naval career. Mrs. Kelly enlisted in the Navy as an Electronic Warfare
Technician and completed 22 years of service retiring as a Naval officer in the Information Warfare
community. Her time in Naval service ranged from the smaller cruiser and destroyer (CRUDES) units to
larger platforms such as large deck amphibious and carrier platforms. During her time in the Navy, she
completed numerous deployments in multiple areas of responsibility including the Asian Pacific. She
holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Excelsior University and various security professional
certifications. She is a member of the Navy League Siam, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is licensed
Realtor© in the United States. She brings 25 years of service, professionalism, and teamwork to the
Ameri-Thai team.
